Can you tell us about your role at TIP?

As Managing Director, Sales Director for France & Export and Marketing Director at TIP – Transfert Industriel et Publicitaire, my role is above all to provide clear direction for the company, guarantee its overall performance and ensure its sustainable development in France and internationally. I am both the guardian of the strategic vision and heavily involved in operations, particularly in sales and marketing.

What does your typical working day look like?

My schedule is divided into three main tasks.

25% of my time is spent on analysing performance : product quality, service quality, technical performance and economic results. This ongoing analysis is essential to maintaining our high standards. Today, we boast a product quality rate of 99.5% and a service quality rate of 99.7%. These indicators are solid, but our goal remains to do even better.

50 % of my time is devoted to commerce.
I oversee commercial activity in France by supporting our teams, whether with existing customers or new prospects, providing both commercial and technical support.

I also directly manage exports, both within Europe and beyond. This role is divided into two areas:

  • Prospecting new markets,
  • Maintaining and developing our client portfolio.

This involves travelling very frequently, as field contact remains fundamental to our business, particularly for technical solutions such as industrial transfer, our core area of expertise.

The remaining 25% concerns marketing management: defining strategy, positioning our product ranges, and inbound actions managing, outbound and direct marketing activities. The aim is to ensure strong consistency between our image, our R&D expertise and our commercial ambitions.

How do you see the future of TIP?

I see TIP’s future revolving around three major areas.

The first is the automation of flows and processes. We need to become more agile and simplify our management using powerful tools and streamlined processes. This will enable our teams to focus on what really creates value.

The second focus is the development of mid/high-end marking products with high technological added value.

Our spearhead in R&D – industrial transfer and decals for technical and pneumatic rubber, aeronautics, cycling, HVAC and processed plastics (rotomoulding, injection, blow moulding) – must continue to set us apart.

Finally, integrating artificial intelligence into administrative tasks that do not offer any real added value will be a strategic lever. The objective is clear: to free up time for our employees so that they can devote more to innovation, technology and customer relations.

What are the key drivers for ensuring TIP’s long-term viability?

Sustainability is based on several fundamentals:

  • Further increase our export reach to diversify our market share and limit sectoral or geographical dependencies.
  • Maintain and exceed our quality standards, with constant demands on both product and service.
  • Strengthen our long-standing partnerships while developing new relationships based on a clear “win-win” approach.
  • Develop hybrid commercial relationships, combining a high-performance digital approach with our presence in the field, which remains a cornerstone of our DNA.
  • Intensify our marketing policy, including inbound, outbound and direct marketing, to support our growth and strengthen our visibility.

But beyond strategies, the key remains human: a solid foundation, shared trust and a common vision to drive all projects in the same direction.

In summary, what is your ambition for TIP ?

Make TIP an increasingly agile, innovative and internationally-oriented company, while remaining faithful to its technical standards and culture of quality.

Continue to be a benchmark in technical industrial marking, with an efficient organisation and teams committed to excellence.
